Embodied Practitioner

Hello! I’m an artist and educator who’s been working in movement and somatics since 2017.

I offer embodied practice training to professional creatives, and design students in higher education.

As a Lecturer in Design at Bath Spa University, my research is focused on how we use our bodies as sites of enquiry for increased creativity and resilience.

Alongside my group courses and 1:1 training, I teach Compassionate Self Healing and The Feldenkrais Method - FI (Functional Integration), ATM (Awareness Through Movement).

These practices underpin my art practice as highly effective tools for getting unstuck.
