Embodied Practitioner

Hello! I’m an artist and educator who works in movement and somatics.

I offer embodied practice training to professional creatives, and design students in higher education.

As a Senior Lecturer in Design at Bath Spa University, my research is focused on how we use our bodies as sites of enquiry for increased creativity and resilience.

Alongside my group courses and 1:1 training, I teach Compassionate Self Healing and The Feldenkrais Method.

These modalities underpin my art practice as highly effective tools for getting unstuck.
